Cant get the WAT Tool to run ???

Hello Guys,

I need to configure a website security. But when I try to run the WAT tool I get the error

I have run the aspnet_regsql.exe multiple times, but still doesnt work.

My database for the website in question is remote and configured with password under the <connectionStrings> property

What do i  do ? to configure security settings ?
