Creating DataTable from string

Hi,
I am using ASP.NET and C# 3.5
I have 3 string variables, which are of the format
string test1 =  "france;UK;|;" ;
string test2 = "|;|;US;" ;
string test3 = "|;Germany;|;" ;
The symbol "|" refers that there is no value. ";" seperates values.
I want to create a datatable using the strings and as below
colname1 colname2 colname3
france                    
UK                            Germany
                US              
How to achieve this?
