Can't Uninstall SQL Server 2008 R2

Dear Guy,
I want to uninstall SQL Server 2008 R2 (64 bit), but, the system always said that "Microsoft SQL Server ARP has been stop working".
I already uninstall SQL Server Native Client, but, still, it didn't work.
Here are the list of Microsoft SQL Server that list in my laptop


when I try to uninstall SQL Server R2 (64 bit), i've got this error :
