moving XML to a datatable via FOR EACH (aspx Visual Basic)

I've got an XML document in memory and datatable to put it into. I've already done this successfully getting  a record at a time.
In this instance I've got a collection of records and I want to iterate through them. What's happening is that it fails to move past the first record. There are 96 records in the collection and the loop generates 96 records in the datatable, but the content is the same for each record, which means the XML object is failing to iterate. I know there are 96 records because the code returns the gridview to the browser just fine and the first record looks the way it should, with 96 repeats.

Here's the code, from the point where the data string is inserted into the XML document. (I've dumped the document content into an XML processor and it looks fine. (You'll notice I've tried this with different types of for loops and attempts to force the iteration.)
