Hi,
I have dates stored in DB as UTC. Now I need to convert them to LOCAL time based on client's browser configuration by reading the HTTP header attribute ACCEPT-LANGUAGE.
How can I convert a DateTime from UTC to a timezone by locale string like "en-US", "fr-FR", and so on.
* A TimeZoneInfo.ConvertTimeBySystemTimeZoneId expects zone ID to be in registry, or created manually which is not easy due to its parameters.
Any help?
