So I have been using MembershipProvider for a while on my websites. I use the aspnet_regsql.exe and install the tables on the database and go from there. So I install VS 2012, created a webform website, wen't to Microsoft.Net/Framework64 and there is not 4.5 folder.
So I search for MembershipProvider asp.net 4.5 in google and I read about Claims and Tokens and even watch a video. However, I'm totally confused here (specially since I'm switching from VB to C#). All the examples I see, don't use a database, I see lots of sample for oAuth, but I don't want to use Google/Facebook/Etc. I want a database, MembershipProvider style and use the new Claims/Tokens. But I can't find a good example site that does that.
I mean, I read articles on Claims and Tokens, but I'm lost with out an example. Anyone knows where I can find a sample that uses a database for memberships and uses the new feautures of ASP.Net 4.5?
