store xml name, value pair

I have a xml which looks like

<TestData> <Test> <name>A</name> <value>0</value> </Test> <Test> <name>B</name> <value>1</value> </Test> </TestData>

I could read the name and value using xml reader and i need to pass the name and its corresponding value to a function. Like func(A,0), func(B,1) and so on. I am doing it by using 2 arraylist - one for name and another for value. So once i read xml the arrays will have arrayForName(A,B,C) and arrayForValue(0,1,2,3), and i call function like
