Webservice to get UTC time and date

Hi All,
I am developing a windows based application in C#. In that I want to set the system datetime from a webservice.

So do anyone have any idea about getting UTC date and time (both) from webservice. If yes then give me links for that.
I have got links to get UTC time only but no date. But I need both.
