How do I accomplish the below programmatically without having to enter it into the web.config? I have an httpHandler that all of my developers use. The handler must not be seen by anonymous users. I don't want to rely on the developers to have to enter the below code in their web.config because they'll forget and there should not be a dependency on the developer in order for the handler to be secure out-of-the-box.
