Treeview item clicked????

Hi,
     I have used this article http://aspalliance.com/732 in C# and it works fine.
    But i would like to know how to know which item is clicked in tree????
   because on clicking the item i have to reterive the few details from Database.


So someone can tell me how to know which item is clicked in treeview???
