if i develop an ASP.NET application with MS SQL Server Express 2008, when the application gets deployed on a server with a full version of MS SQL Server 2008, will the database take on the limitations of the express version (1 core/4GB max size) in the production environment?
also, suppose that if MS suddenly comes up with SQL Server 2010-12, and the production server upgrades its SQL Server, will the SQL 2008 database continue to function as if SQL Server 2010-12 never existed?
