I am having troubles deploying my website on the production sever: the problem is that I am successfully compiling it on the development server and then publishing it to the production server (using the Publish menu from the Project menu in Visual Studio). When I load the page, ASP.NET does not compile the page because it cannot find the dll containing the code-behind. When I copy all the files (without using the Publish menu), I also put the .cs on the server. Now the problem is that my page is using MySql's client library, but ASP.NET cannot load it althrough it is present in the 'Bin' folder.
