I've used obout in the past and it makes some really, really nice looking stuff. The problem I run into is, sometimes I like to do open source projects or possibly even sell something (ha), so I'm not real hot on leaning too heavily on 3rd party controls.
If you were going to make something look nice, in a way that you could incorporate them into something you could give away, how would you go about dressing up text boxes and dropdowns to kind of look snazzy like this?:

Can you get or buy skins anywhere that does this, or templates for asp.net? I've used the obout SuperForm, and I know it does more things than stock controls, but I would just like to use ASP.NET controls, but make them look a little nicer than stock.
I wish there was a "skins" market for asp.net like there was for php-based CMSs.
