url rewriting

I am using url rewriting in my project but i have a problem. I used this 
<rewriter>
<rewrite url="~/(.+)/mnu/(.+)/(.+)" to="~/ui/menu.aspx?id=$1"/>
</rewriter>
in my web.config but i have a problem. my source address is like www.mysite.com/menu.aspx?id=100 but my destination address is like www.mysite.com/100/mnu/laptop/dell-5110
you know that the page is build in source address and the result of page shows under the destination address. it means script files src and links href and links that exist in styles sheet file build under the source address but when show the result in destination address these src and href and url not work becuase this link have built under the source address
for example
in www.mysite.com/menu.aspx?id=100 address this script src work correctly
