Computer Host Name and User Name in asp.net using Visual Basic

hi,

Now i want to check computer host name and user name of user which vote the survey poll. May i know how to check it and store the computer host name and user name of user in SQL database?

Then how to check and compare the computer host name and user name of user with database to check is it they have vote the survey poll before.
