multiple calendars on one page problem

I am building an event calendar that has an over page which shows four months at a time. My code that populate the calendar from the database entries works correctly but for some reason the it will only populate the initial calendar. I am using an OnDayRender for each calendar and it is as if only the first OnDayRender is being fired. Am I doing something wrong or can there only be one OnDayRender per page.
