So I'm reading this article from microsoft, http://support.microsoft.com/kb/326340 , and it implies there is a Global.asax file with a code behind of Global.asax.vb. To my surprise it's not there, so I figured out how to make one, but it doesn't have a code behind page.... Can someone tell me the proper way to handle this?
