Add radiobutton dinamically with event handler

hi everyone...
I have to add some radiobutton on the page dinamically. I dont know many radiobutton i have to insert... the number of radio button depends on some information in database. I cannot use dropdownlist... Every radio button raise the same event...
the problem is the page life cycle.... 
IF i add the radio button ON INIT:
OnInit, I add the radiobutton;
OnLoad, i query the db;
Result... no radiobutton added;

IF i add the radiobutton ON LOAD:
OnLoad i query the db and add the radiobutton... I raise the vent too!! But when i clone the user control no radio button is added;

IF i add the radiobuttons ON PRE RENDER:
OnLoad, i query the db;
                                   <-- Here should be the event
OnPrerender, i add the radiobutton;

How can i solve ...
