Just signed up as struggling a bit with a concept I have of trying to convert an existing ASP application into .net. I want to revamp it completely and want to make as much use of the AJAX functionality as possible, so there maybe well be some daft questions along the way.
First silly question of the day.
I am struggling to programmatically change the tab on a TabContainer.
Eg Tab1 contains a gridview dynamically populated, when selected from a menu item works fine.
On clicking a linkbutton in the gridview a 2nd tab updates with details however I want the tab to be selected,
I have tried
TabContainer.ActiveTabIndex = 1; : TabContainer1.ActiveTab.Focus() amongst others.
Setting in an Updatepanel doesn't help either.. t ...
