Managing Users...

Hi,
I would like to know How to Manage users for my Site.
I thought using Asp.net - Web Site Administration Tool.
But I would like to include more Details for Each New user Which Created.
(Such as.. address, phone number etc..)
Also,

I want to change the password condition,
How to do it,

manage it Using  Web Site Administration Tool
and do all this stuff,
Should I still use Web Site Administration Tool? Or do something else...

How to Add those Details and the Password issue I just said before?

Thanks...
