sending a fax using faxcomlib has no response

I has used the .net to write a function to send a fax with XP service ----fax service.I had a fax application and use it can get my goal.But i used it in an aspx web page.Then when i run the web page,it has no response.it has no any exceptions.I guess it is caused by the problem IIS service and operating system.but i can not find the problem.who have met such questions ,please give any advice,thanks ...
