Validation summary

I have two validatiors for email address text box. Regular expression validator and required field validator. I also have a validation summary for the page. Now the problem is.
1) when required field validator is triggered the validation summary must display "please enter email address".
2) when regular expression validation triggers the validation summary must display "please enter correct email address".
Thanks.
