Adding controls attributes dynamically

HI
I have some task to do, and im little lost. How to add some attributed to dynamically created controls (like labels, literal etc.) dynamically  .


Example
protected override void OnInit(EventArgs e)
{

for (int i=1; i<=2; i++)

Label test = new Label();
// if we use sth like this ... all works fine

// but if we try add like this ... its a problem
test.Attributes.Add("Text", " bla bla bla");

// but if I do this .... i see attribute text with value bla bla bla
