Open new window and re-direct

Hi all,
I have the following code, which copies a file from one location to another...
I would like to add after the  "File.Copy(filepath, destination);" to
1) code that will open up a new window (webform2) and
2) Create a button on Webform2 which when the user clicks close, closes web form 2, and it will re-direct Webform1 to Webform3...
 
Is this possible please help me???
