I am getting this error in my DDL. Could someone please help me with this?
Compiler Error Message: CS1061: 'ASP.shopping_cart_aspx' does not contain a definition for 'CountryDDL_SelectedIndexChanged' and no extension method 'CountryDDL_SelectedIndexChanged' accepting a first argument of type 'ASP.shopping_cart_aspx' could be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)
This is pointing to this section in my code

OnSelectedIndexChanged="CountryDDL_SelectedIndexChanged">
