Hi All,
I am facing an Issue with LinkButton which is placed in a ContentPage with Validator (RequireField Validators and Custom Validators with onservervalidate() events). When i click on linkbutton page is not posted and validators are fired only RequiredValidators (not custom validators -- onservervalidate()) . So i want to do postback my page so that my custom validators are executed on server.
For that i am binding my button with JS Event and doing __doPostBack(). With this postback is happening but button click are not fired and onservervalidate() is also not fired.
If i change <asp:LinkButton> with <asp:Button> everything works as desired.
Please tell me how to fire Custom Validator on LinkButton link with partial page postBack.
