dynamicaly bindling method.

 If I have the page_name and  event_name of a application .Is there a way to bind any method dynamicaly to that event from other aspx page.
sinario is like that we have two dropdowns  and a submit button:
1) ddlPageName
2)ddlEvents.
submit button
ddlpageName have all the names of pages in an application. And ddlEvent have all the corresponding events of pages.
now when we select a page name 'xyz.aspx' and and a corresponding event (page_load) from both dropdown. these values should be added in database with method show_popup();
Now I want that when page_load event of page xyz.aspx called , method show_popup() should fire.
