Create User Wizard does not creat user or show any errors, please help

 I have a custom CreateUserWizard control for my Register page but when I fill out the form and hit "Create" it just refreshes the page, not giving any error, and does nothing in the DB so the user never gets registered. I am at a lost since I am not getting any error message. Can anyone help?
