I want to extend create user functionality of sqlmemebershipprovider. I want to add some extra data into different table (for example user address)
I?ve decided I will create a custom class based on sqlmembershipProvider and override CreateUser method.
But I got stuck with one thing. I want to be sure that whole process succeeded. Otherwise I want to roll back everything. For example when the error occurs during inserting address after user was create I want to abort whole user creation process.
I?m not sure how to start with this problem. Should I do this in transaction scope? Or maybe if I catch an exception I should call DeleteUser function?
