How To: Use Forms Authentication with Active Directory in ASP.NET 3.5 and IIS 7.0

I am trying to use the following How to @ Microsoft and I can't seem to get it to work: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms998360.aspx

Now I am working on a Vista Developer box using Visual Studio 2008, IIS 7.0 and .NET framework 3.5...

 Has anyone else had issues with this?

 

BTW:  I deployed the applicaiton to a Windows 2003 Server OS with IIS 6.0 and still no go...
