Open connection with sock 5

Hello everybody,
I have question : + I have sock 5 :  89.134.52.69:9736
+ So If I edit setting in browser (FF : tools -> opition -> network -> setting -> Sock ) , I can connect with using IP 89.134.52.69
+ My question :
How can I create a connection in asp.net to website using above IP ? Thank you very much !
