I have a web application built in C#.  The application has dynamic configurations that can be changed by from an admin login.  This configuration setting change the functionality of the web application.  These configurations are stored in an SQL Database table.
What is the best way to call the application settings so that they can be accessed throughout the web application?  I am not sure and I would assume there is a better why of doing this other than to call the SQL Table on every page that uses these dynamic configurations.  If they were not dynamic, I would normally use an app.config file that I could reference.
Some examples of the dynamic configurations:
AutoLogin:  either On or Off
Logo: pulls correct logo
Emails: On or Off
etc...

Thanks for any input on the best way to handle this.
