hello, im new to making websites,
someone told me today am i following a web standard for my website and i thought to my self no im not.
my question is, should i be?
the website im making now, will it be visible in all web browsers? will it look the same and will items be positioned the same in differet web browsers?
please someone let me know and advise me as i dont really know.
