Adding additional information with the button control

 I want to know is there a way to add additional information with the  System.Web.UI.WebControls.Button control ?
I want to associate a object or a custom structure with the Button control.
In Windows form we have a "Tag" property in which we can set the information about a control. 
Is there a corresponding property in asp.net ?
Please ask me  if i am not clear in my explanation.

 Any help will be greatly appreciated.
