Can anyone please give me some clarification?

Hi,
   I am new to this forum.Can anyone please give me some clarification on adding audio or vedio players to a web form?
   can we add the palyers to a web form by drag and drop from the toolbox.
   Actually i tried it for windows form and it worked well,but when i opened a web form i found the media player control disabled.
   Does it mean that players cannot be added to the web forms by drag and drop from the toolbox or do i need to do something to
   enable COM components in the toolbox for web forms?
