I have a website on server (i think in usa) an my website users in +3:30 timezone location.
what do i do to show correct and precise time to my users at everytime(spring,summer,fall and winter by noticing DaylightSavingTime).
is below code correct?if isn't help me to complete and correct way.Thanks alot.
