Wrong hyperlink after windows.close() is activated

Hi, as per subject, I'm having a problem with hyperlinks right after windows.close is activated.
The scenario: I have a top bar with hyperlinks and a treeview at the side of the page. When windows.close() is invoked, I clicked no to stay on the page. When i check the url of the links of the topbar, the hyperlinks were wrong. It shows "http://localhost:2650/Ticket/ViewTicketSummary.aspx" when it should be "http://localhost:2650/HelpDesk/Ticket/ViewTicketSummary.aspx".
Can someone help me out with this problem? The windows.close() is invoked at page_load event. Thanks
