Where to go after Classic ASP

Hi guys ,
I got into classic ASP eight years ago and have never moved forward.
I use classic ASP to connect to an MS access database using ADO , then using ODBC I connect to other database systems and then use ASP pages to add / ammend / delete pages etc and display database queries. 
I'm keen to move forward and embrace the web 2.0 but am not really sure where to go next.
Any advice would be welcomed
