Custom Role Provider add new function

Hi All,
I want to get users not belong to the role.
I can't able to add the below function.
public class CustomRoleProvider : RoleProvider
{
      public string[] GetUsersNotInRole(string roleName)
      {
          return new string[0];
      }
}
