help for button

 hello all,
Frnz in my Web Page I've a textbox Time-In which takes system time (that it takes from  DateTime System struct on Page load event)and attached to it there is a button Button1

So what I want is on click of  Button1 the time in TextBox1 should get stored in my database also it should generate an event for another textbox Time-Out which again takes system time (through DateTime System struct) and the valve in TextBox1 should be there.
