File Download with Filename in non-English Words

Dear all,

I have written an aspx file to show a file listing in a specific directory (ShowList.aspx).

I have created another aspx file in order to initiate the download (Download.aspx).

I have added the header Content-Disposition with attachment; filename="XXX

It works for most of the filenames but not okay for the filenames contains ":" or some non-English words (e.g. Chinese words).

What should I do in order to also support non-English words?
