Guys, I really need your brains and help
I am working on a project where I will need to import data from one Sql server (A) to my own Sql database on the same server as my asp.net
I have been expermenting with different solutions, like SSIS, Link server and so forth
The problem is that the remote server is controlled by another company not willing to cooporate in any way apart form giving me a connection string, user name and password with read privillages to their server(A)
SO I am for example able to display data in a gridview if I want
A question, is there a way to create a button in Asp.net website, with a function that will pull data entered to SQL server A in the last 24 hours and then save them to my local server??
I am really desperate on this one guys sp please help!
