Button Click Not firing Second Time.

Hi,
I created a web page.
In that I added few textboxs and buttons.
When the page loads, I sequentially fill the textboxs and then I click the button.
The button is firing for first time.
When I click button next time, It is not firing.
Can anyone one suggest me advice for the issue.
