Trigger Event by pressing Enter on the keyboard

 I have a bound dropdown control which calls Event SelectedIndexChanged. How can I trigger this Event by pressing Enter on the keyboard. In other words, when the control gets bound (populated), I want to select the first item on the dropdown control by hitting the Enter key.
