I have an application written in asp.net using membershipprovider and everything works good.
I'm in middle of developing another application using MVC and thought of using the same code (login) from the previous application.
After tailoring the code, everything works well except the session expiration.
After session expired, if I click any link it still takes me to the page, but the session shows null in Application_AuthenticateRequest method.
I want to know, if we need to call explicitly the expire page (for my case the redirect for expiration is login page) ?
