My client is a Big Medical Insurance Company and issue Insurance cards to Beneficiaries. When patient goes to any hospital first receptionist check the authentity of Insurance card from an online system provided by Insurance Company. Now doctor check the patient and if doctor found any Medicine or medical test (x-ray, blood test etc) needed for patient then doctor fill the prescription form manually and fax this hard copy to the call center of Insurance Company and wait for the approval of Insurance agent.
Now my client wants the submitting of authorization request form and its reply online. I mean I want a system by which doctor submit their authorization request online, the call center staff receive it online and after authorization or denial they change the status of Authorization request from Pending to "Authorize" or "Reject" and doctor will able to download a PDF file related to "Authorize" or "Reject" details.
