Hi everbody,
let me describe my current problems to you all, I have a password recovery control, when user enter the username and move to next, they have to enter the security ans. if the security ans is not the same as the ans when their register in the create user wizard, they cannot get the password. even if it is up or low_case (notice that the ans is case sensitive).
1. How can i do to receive my password if user failed to remember the security ans and they click 3 times on the submit button the password will sent to their email address? My prob is not concentrate on how to sent email, is how user can receive password even if they forgot the security answer.
2. is it doing like that a good practise? seem normally web page doesn't do like tat. If your ans is not, can anyone of you show me some link to see the eg...
