Cut strings

I'm trying to cut a string, but I can't understand this.

I have a string that looks lkike this "c:\inetpub\wwwroot\site\uploaded\newFolder", what I want to do is to cut of c:\inetpub\wwwroot\site\, what I wan't to keep is "uploaded\newFolder". The string can have more maps after uploaded, so iut can looks like "c:\inetpub\wwwroot\site\uploaded\newFolder\newFolder2\newFolder3" in this case what I want to keep is "uploaded\newFolder\newFolder2\newFolder3". How can I do this?
