The current identity (xxx\user1) does not have write access to 'c:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files'

Why i am getting this error.
I fixed this error locally by adding access to that folder.
But the same thing i cant do in my client server machine. I need a permanent solution for this.
Please help me out,

Thanks in Advance,
Krishna
