Transfer dictionary into database

Hello friends,

I am using VS2008 with C# to build a web application. I just wonder that we can add ditionary to the database (sql server)., I want to add some std dictionaries, may be some medicle dictionaries or say eglish to english dictionary, I want to add these dictionary to my database.  I do not have any idea about it, that in which formI will get the dictionary and how I will have to handle it. Kindlyt throw some light on this.
